I have been writing lots of reviews recentley on Lush products as I have been shopping there for a few years now and believe that they deserve some reviews!
I got this lip balm around christmas because of the name and smell making me feel all christmassy!
I love this as unlike some other lip balms I have used this one actually works to soothe and moisturises your lips!
What is it?
Well it is basically what it says it is. A lip balm in 'LETTHEMEATCAKE' flavour. It is not to be mistaken for solid lip glosses which I know that a few people have done.
Where can you buy it?
As it is a Lush product it is only purchasable from Lush. You can purchase in store and online. This is sometimes only avaliable at christmas as it is there christmas lip balm.

As with most Lush products it is quite expensive, but if it works ...

Letthemeatcake created and written by Peter Learmouth, is a hilarious six part comedy starring Jennifer Saunders and Dawn French.
Based in 1782 France, The Comtesse Columbine De Vache (Jennifer saunders) is a close friend of Marie Antoinette and has a set of rooms in the Palace of Versailles, which she occupys with her two servants the saucy streetwise maid Lisette played by Dawn French and, a man servant Bouffant played by Adrian Scarborough who is charge of her extreme hairdos and clothing.
Having been brought up as an Aristocrat, Columbine has a very narrow view on the world and is able to do very little for herself and, in one hilarious episode is trapped in bed for three days when Lisette disappears as she had no one to help her out of bed and to open the doors!

Advantages: GORGEOUS smell, as well as making your lips lovely and soft! Disadvantages: A small fiddly tub, easily lost in your handbag.
I'm always forgetful when it comes to remembering to apply my lip balms. I always seem to just end up collecting them in my hand bag and forgetting about them. This is probably why I often end up with dry lips!
However this Lush lip balm is one I don't forget, and often sits on my desk at work. But what's so special about this one?

This Lip Balm has the name of 'LetThemEatCake' and is part of Lush's Christmas range. This makes it hard to get during the year (unless you hunt on eBay!). I got this lip balm in a £5 grabbit bag, with a ton of other Lush products. Not bad considering this lip balm costs over £4! The Use By date was a whole year so there's plenty of time to use this up.
This lip balm is supposed to smell of Christmas Cake, and wow what a wonderful smell it is! Just take a look ...
