Advantages: One of their best tracks is included.
Disadvantages: Quite a bit of dross.

Warning. The start of this track is an air raid siren (reminds me of Frankie goes to Hollywood - Two Tribes). Furious guitar strumming, even more furious fiddle playing and a serious vocal telling just how bad things have gotten in the UK follows, the police stopping festivals etc. Great, lively start 7/10. Track 2. 100 Years of Solitude. For me this is a poor track, nice musically, but that is the point, the Levellers should not be 'nice' anything, raw, potent, with a message, that is what works for them. Naff. 2/10. Track 3. Review of Ben Hur (DVD)

A good early example of Gary's music

Advantages: Some great politically motivated songs
Disadvantages: No continuity in the songs

Victims of the Future is one of Gary Moore’s better albums. Gary’s style of playing the blues, combined with his love for ballads and heavy rocks make this album a more rounded album than Corridors of Power. His guitar playing is excellent. Some of the better songs are:- Victims Of The Future This song is essentially a combination of rock/ blues and ballad. It tells the story of hour our hopes are disappearing as our leaders leave us to our own ends providing no guidance. The melody is somehow haunting yet pleasant. The lyrics are thought provoking. Empty Rooms Perhaps the best song on the album and the only one to succeed in the British charts. This is a dark ballad that tells of the loneliness of losing a lover.
