A suite of twelve brand new songs, The Liberty Of Norton Folgate acts as a paean to their beloved London, the title referring to a street that connects Bishopsgate with Shoreditch High Street. The record opens with the jaunty "We Are London", which sets out their personalised (and idyllic) view of the capital and boasts an infectious, sing-song chorus ('you can make it your hell or heaven/live as you please'). The band continue to filter their recognisable influences--pop, reggae, ska--through great, bouncy tunes like "Forever Young,", and "Dust Devli". Songs like Clerkenwell Polka carry a classic bar-tune feel, all parping brass and foot-stomping piano, but the highlight is the 10-minute title track, which see-saws kaleidoscopically through pop, ska, Klezmer, cabaret tunes and a whole lot more. I just came back from a fabulous five days in New York so I am going to share my tips and experiences on a few of the Big Apple's major sights, the first one being the Statue of Liberty!
The Statue of Liberty was actually a gift to the United States from the French, way back in the year 1886. It was given as a gesture of friendship and was to commemorate the centennial of the signing of the US Declaration of Independence. This is why the date July 4th is written on the tablet the Liberty holds in one of her hands. In the other she holds a torch.
The statue was the first thing that immigrants saw as they reached the coasts of the United States (back in the late 1800's, early 1900's) and was seen as a beacon of hope/enlightenment and new life for the thousands of people that descended upon those shores.

These extras provide an interesting and insightful look into an alredy 136 min film. A loved this film and extras and would reccommend them to new viewers to the film and exisiting lovers alike wanting to know a little more. Highly reccommended i could not fault it. ...

Yes, so the deluxeedition basically includes one extra track, Helpless featuring Pitbull as track 12. It also comes with a DVD, which includes 20 minutes worth of videos which were shot during the groups last concert in London, England at the O2 arena. The videos are of them singing the classic BSB hits I Want It That Way, Inconsolable, The One, The Call, Everybody (Backstreets Back) and Shape Of My Heart as well as the official music video for Straight Through My Heart (which has a vampire theme to it).
The deluxeedition costs about £11.99 whereas the standard version can be bought for about £8.99, for reference.

The Liberty Of Norton Folgate is preceded by the single Devil's Dust. This deluxe edition also includes a bonus DVD featuring Julien Temple's film recorded over three nights at London's Hackney Empire.
