The third installment, and Jay-Z, or S. Carter has got better and better as the years have gone by. Ok, Granted he did do hard Knock Life and Anything, which were pityfull, but this album just knoncks thoses songs down in to the gutter. He has sawed above all his other albums and made this amazing album which was worth the 12 quid i payed for it. It has a number of great songs, including Dope Man and Is That Your B!tch. He also has some great artists featuring alongside him, like the criticly aclaimed Twista, who is a damn fast rapper. This album dosn't tand out from the shelves hwen looking over the cases, but play it on your system and you will see that it does stand out from the others becasue it has such an amazing collection of songs which are long lasting.
