think that's great if their clothes etc are cheap but personally I don't think they sell as much variety & apparently (can't be 100% sure) they are owned by someone to do with Chelsea FC, who has the money to slash prices, then when the competition is gone the prices can go up because they'll be no one really to compete with...don't take that as definate information thought, my fiance finds out some information about sports stores because he works for JD Sports =]
Anyway if you do want to have a look around JJB I would recommend it. As I said they have plenty of stores across the country or you could shop online at www.jjbsports.com.

JJBSports PLC in Birmingham city centre moved a few months back to a new swanky location in Corporation Street. On First sight i was impressed with how good the building looked from the outside, and as we went down the escalator we were even more impressed. We were greeted by a friendly security guard, who asked us whether we needed any help. He directed us towards the running trainer section, where within 10 seconds we were approached by a friendly sales assistant. He asked whether we were okay and he then directed us to the latest pair of trainers that were designed specifically towards the latest pair of running trainers.
After we selected the pair of trainers that we were looking for, we asked the friendly sales assistant for them in my size. The service was exceellent as we were waiting for literally ten seconds. After i ...

~ The outside ~
At first impressions my local store looks clean, tidy and of reasonable size. The fact that it is based on a retail park rather than a corner shop means they are larger anyway.
~ Inside ~
Upon walking inside you can see that the layout has yet to be designed by someone who knows how to setup a floor display. My local store sells sports wear and accessories, bikes and accessories as well as other equipment. It looks as though they have tried to fit as much as they can in there rather than work with the space. Although they have good offers on in there sometimes I very rarely buy from there.
There has never been a time where I have had to wait too long to be served but seems they do not have enough staff in to respond to customers queries.
