Review of Back To Front - Lionel Richie by sewbizzie

Advantages: 16 Great racks - Ballards and Pop
Disadvantages: None

...the title but once the intorduction is heard you will be singing along. I do find that the chorus does repeat itself quite a few too many times in the song which I am not too keen onbut a great song. 3 - Love, Oh Love - This track runs for 5.47 and was produced by Stewart Levine. I must confess that I had not heard this song before buying the CD but it is a plesant ballard to listen to. I have to say that this is not one of his better songs. 4 - All Night Long - This track runs for 4.16 minutes and was produced by Lionel Ritchie and James Anthony Carmicheal. The track is maybe one of his best known songs and the unbeat tempo makies for great easy listening. This song never fails to put a smile on my face. 5 - Easy - This song runs for 4.15 minutes and was produced by James Anthony Carmichael and The Commodores. This ha to be one of the most... Three Times A Classic!!!
Review of Definitive Collection, The - Lionel Richie by Bouncebackability

Advantages: Loads of brillliant, stand the test of time classics.
Disadvantages: The odd song is slightly boring and repetitive.

..., I could list each individual song and review them seperately, however that would be somewhat boring for both me and you. So, instead I will list my favourites from each CD, (CD1 and CD2) CD 1 *All night long~ This is a song I'm sure you're all familier with. It's one of Lionel Richie's more up tempo songs. It has brilliant reggae inspired drums, numerous backing singers, and a great catchy chorus. I'm sure some of you older readers will also remember the video to this too-Lionel in tight trousers dancing on the street! I only know this as I've seen the video on VH1! *My destiny is another great classic. I absolutely love the beat and the fresh sound with this song. It is completely original and suits his voice so well. This song, like nearly all of Lionel Richie's are also still up to date, and despite being released a long time ago... Read review

DO IT TO ME ONE MORE TIME
Review of Back To Front - Lionel Richie by philmuss

Advantages: Every track a classic
Disadvantages: none

...and mellow for love oh love and still ,and upbeat for dancing on the ceiling. This is simply one of the best romantic albums there is. buy it i guarantee it will do wonders for your love life. Although the album was released in 1992 none of the tracks have dated and they sound as fresh as when they were first recorded. The album was released on the motown label and the sleeve has a picture of lionel on the front with a bit of a pout on looking soulful... Read review
