...Wembley Arena - 27th April 2004 19:30 We arrive beneath the shadow of the towering construction site that is to be the new Wembley Stadium and shuttle past the heavy security enforcement officiers and in to the demolition site they call Wembley Arena. This has for a long time been my least favourite venue for live music, with it's terrible seating alignments and rubbish 'aircraft hangar' accoustics. However, given the choice of witnessing the energetic Miss Spears in this venue or touting my ticket and witnessing severall Stella Artois instead - I choose to enter. Given the price to see the old lady of pop Madonna at Earls Court is between £50-£150, I do not think that I have been overcharged to be here, as my tickets has only weighed in at £27.50 (plus £5 charges of course). Advantages: Hello 2005
Disadvantages: Goodbye 2004

...I've had my GHD's for 2 weeks now and they certainly live up to their expectations. Within 15 minutes my hair is beautifully straight and shiny without a kink in sight but this didn't used to be the case... The Story- For my birthday this year I had my hair layered at an expensive hairdressers and also decided to buy some new Vidal Sasoon 2 in 1hair straightners to create a funky style. However, not all went to plan. As soon as I washed my hair after returning from the hairdressers my hair turned into it's usual frizzy, curly mess. 'Don't worry' I thought to myself 'Once I've straightened it it will look fantastic'. I thought wrong. They were useless.
