This really is Queen at their best.
Queen Live at Wembley Stadium is a 2 disc CD.
The first Cd starts with One vision followed by Tie your mother down, In the Lap of the Gods, Seven seas of rhye, Tear it up, A kind of magic, Under pressure, another one bites the dust, who wants to live forever, I want to break free, Impromptu, Brighton rock solo and finishes with Now I'm here. Each of the songs lasts between 2.12 minutes and 6.20 minutes.
The secomd CD offers a bit of variety starting with Love of my life followed by, Is this the world we created, baby I don't care, Hello Mary Lou, Tutti frutti, gimme some lovin', Bohemian Rhapsody, hammer to the fall, crazy little thing called love, Big spender, Radio Ga ga, we will rock you, friends will be friends, we are the champions and ends with God save the Queen. Each of the songs lasts betwee 1.28 minutes and 5.59 minutes.
This is the live recording of the Queen concert and the crowd can be heard throghout the CD which really does make the listening experience more enjoyable. I personally feel that Queen sang better when on stage than in the studio as this was Freddies most favourite place.
The cover for the CD has a picture of Freddie on stage at Wembley posing in his unique way and the back cover has the 2 CD track lists and smaller photos of the other band members.
There is a small booklet contained inside the case which is full of great photographs of the band on stage at this concert.
The CD has been produced by Queen and was digitally remastered in 2003 by EMI Records Limited. I paid £8.99 for my copy of the CD but it does vary from shop to shop.
This is a great CD offering a wide variety of songs and a must for anyone who enjoys good music.
