Disadvantages: People who can't understand Spanish may find it difficult to understand what Ricky says

Ricky Martin is THE legend of Latin music and in my opinion always will be! His MTV Unplugged DVD is by far the most entertaining and cultural music DVD ever made. I really enjoy watching it! It has a 'feel good' quality about it, and is also quite educational in learning about a different culture and the Spanish/Latin American language, which I think is truly beautiful. For some reason, I felt proud watching it... it really makes you reflect on your life though, because the songs are quite emotional (not to the point of crying though. Obviously I don't cry over a song! haha). Ricky's vocals are flawless and he has his own destinctive sound. There's no gimics or editing just the live sound of Ricky's voice and very talented instrument players who have obviously rehearsed and rehearsed until they reached perfection. Ricky Gervais - Politics

Advantages: Gervais does it again!
Disadvantages: Well, may be a bit "distasteful" for one or two...

, those who have watched Animals and Gervais' telling of the Bible, will be interested to note his telling of a leaflet in this show about AIDS prevention from the early nineties is very similar, and probably the funniest thing in his show, with some rather obscure quotations... I'll say no more until you watch it for yourself! In amongst the extras for the DVD is "Living With Ricky" - a short documentary with Gervais and Robin Ince, who supported him on the tour. "Meet Karl Pilkington" - this is a hilarious conversation with Karl who was Ricky's manager on his radio show on XFM, and has shot to further fame now after Gervais' record-breaking Podcast on iTunes...topics discussed include "freaks" and old people. Martin Lawrence Live - Runteldat

Advantages: Hilarious throughout with a twist of philosophy.
Disadvantages: Could easily offend many people. Special features don't add much.

judged it as such. I have to say I have watched this many times and still find myself laughing out loud at many of the jokes. Overall I would thoroughly reccommend this to anyone familiar and appreciative of Martin's other work, but it's ability to offend may not be a great starting point for those not so aware .
