Advantages: Lots of cheap designer shops Disadvantages: Parking & runs out of popular sizes quick
When I was a kid me and my mum headed to ClarksVillage in Street Somerset a few times and back then ClarksVillage was not that big and didn't have very many good shops but recently a friend mentioned that he went and recommended that we take a look, so one Saturday we took a trip there and was amazed at what we saw.
I would say that it had at least tripled in size since I was last there and the quality of the shops was also a massive improvement. There are many more designer shops now and they all sell clothes, shoes, tools, furniture and more at knockdown prices, if your looking for a bargain then its def a place to consider visiting.
There are about 90 shops to look around and consists of shops like Addidas, Bench, Billabong, Calvin Klein, Fat Face, Henri Lloyd, Next Clearance, Timberland and the list goes on. Its not just clothes ...

Advantages: About 90 shops with up to 60% of RRP, all in one area Disadvantages: Have to pay for car parks. Better on a fine day
of seating facilities. The hot potato and fillings are absolutely lovely .

ClarksVillage is based in a small village called Street. It is signposted from the M5 so anyone living in Exeter, Taunton, Bridgwater, Weston-super-Mare etc. can easily get there. If traveling from London then you would have to go on the M4 and turn off to Bath, on the A39 to Wells, Glastonbury and then on to Street - once in Street you cannot miss it. There are four car parks which you have to pay a small amount for and there is also a wonderful children's play area. ...

Advantages: Lots of discount shops on one site Disadvantages: But not always as cheap as you might hope
are plenty of car parks, unfortunately not free and there is a danger of following signs to Street and finding yourself parked some way fromClark's Village. Be sure you look for the ClarksVillage signs to get a bit nearer,
Having said that, though, the Street village itself has many good (normal High Street sort of ) shops. Don't ignore them: they somewhat unfairly lost trade to Clarks and have plenty of sales to make their shops competitive.
Have a good day! ...
