●Introduction● I think Billy Connolly is possibly the best comedian of all time. In Scotland Billy is known as "The big Yin", meaning he's tall. In this review I'll be telling you a little about Billy Connolly and a lot about his DVD, Billy and Albert DVD. I'll give you a quick outline if your not too familiar with Billy, even though he's known worldwide. This is my first review on DVD's so please be patient, and sorry if I accidentally give away any spoilers, but I'll try my best not to. Warning! This may have a little bit of bad language in it as it accompanies Billy and Billy wouldn't quite be Billy if he didn't swear. Billy Connolly was born on the 24th of November 1942, in Glasgow. Billy Connolly - Love Him or Hate Him.

Advantages: Hysterically Funny
Disadvantages: Lots of Bad Language - not suitable for family viewing.

fail to have tears of laughter running down my cheeks. This is not quite the case with some of the other members of my family. That's why I say you either love him or hate him. The DVD Billy Connolly Live 2002 is just as hilarious as his many other recordings. In fact when I first watched it, I did my usual trick of sliding out of my armchair and then rolling about the floor laughing. It opens in Dublin to a packed house of cheering punters and that's before he's even said a word. Then he opens by going into a funny story of what it was like crossing the road in the city with hysterical impersonations of dodging the traffic. Then he talks about one of his pet hates? shopping. He sarcastically tells his audience that there's nothing he "enjoys" more than shopping for "bleeping" cardigans. Just the look on his face gets everybody ...
