And so it would have remained if a number of circumstances had not brought them together again in the ?90s. The trio reformed and recorded a new album on CD, entitled, appropriately enough, ?Restoration.? They started gigging again (not, as my stupid spell-checker would have it, ?giggling?) and, as a long-time fan of Amazing Blondel, one of the great thrills of my musical life was to be present at their first gig as a reformed band in Cherry Burton, near Hull. They still tour: they are particularly popular in Italy. Living In Oblivion review

Advantages: Well acted, keeps you engaged throughout
Disadvantages: None

Living In Oblivion is a low budget independent film written and directed by Tom DiCillo and starring Steve Buscemi and Dermot Mulroney. Sure, these aren't A-list stars, but that lends itself to the story. If it was a film about the making of a film and you had George Clooney and Brad Pitt pretending to be small time actors you wouldn't believe it. That's why it was better to use less well known actors, it pulls you more into the story. The film takes place during one day on set of a low budget movie, and documents all the problems that the director, Nick (Buscemi), and everyone else can encounter, from equipment malfunctioning to office politics to actors forgetting their lines. It's almost like a documentary, it is very realistic and gives you the complete story as to what it's like trying to get a film made. There are a few ...

Children of Bodom- Live in Tokyo

Advantages: Children of bodom.. come on. FANTASTIC

Wow, this album is fantastic, what makes it fantastic is that it's live and with live albums you get more feeling and atmosphere and this collection of songs are played so well. The songs are dramatic and you really feel the music within your body. This album gives me shivers up my spine. No joke, I put this album on and it HAS to be played loud. The feeling is truly immense. Extraordinary guitar ripping solos and the best song on this album is ' Touch Like Angel Of Death' it is played ever so well. You have to listen to it to find out. it isnt played like on 'Something Wild' There is an intro which is simply wow, I cant really explain it but, it gets you.. the feeling inside of you from the guitar and drums it's magical.
