Hoy os voy a hablar sobre el último disco que ha sacado al mercado este grupo sueco que es, sin duda, el mejor grupo de Suecia después del éxito multitudinario que tuvo ABBA. Este grupo de origen sueco nació en 1986 con su primer disco que fue "Pearls of Passion". No fue un éxito de ventas en su propio país y en países cercanos (en España no salió a la venta este disco y las canciones que incluía las grabó y utilizó Per Gessle en un disco que lanzó en solitario. Las canciones las grabó para este primer disco de Roxette con la cantante Marie Fredriksson. Después de este disco vinó otro disco más y llegó el tercero que se vendió en toda Europa como churros, si me permitís la licencia de decirlo así; ese disco fue Look Sharp! en el año 1989. Advantages: A danceable collection

...ACABO ************** A Spanish song but with a funky R&B feel to it. I can’t tell you what the song is about as I don’t understand Spanish!! Rating 5/10 QUEN IRE IRONIA *************** Que Ire Ironia is Ain’t it Funny sung in Spanish. The song has a very salsa type feel and beat to it. Jennifer’s voice seems quite stretched at times in this track. Rating 7/10 UNA NOCHE MAS ************* Una Noche Mas is a Spanish version of another of Jennifer’s songs, Waiting for tonight. This again has a very fast beat, which at times seems almost too fast for the song. J-Lo seems to be in sexual goddess mode in this track, as she supplies much moaning and groaning within the lyrics. ...This has got to be a good contender for one of the best albums ever written, in the words of Henry Rollins 'Janes Addiction were more than a band, they were a way of life', and who's going to argue with Henry Rollins? Janes Addiction were formed in the late 80's in LA by vocalist Perry Farrell who is best known as the organiser of the Lollapalooza tour in America. Apparently the band got their name from the fact that they all 'knew' the same prostitute named Jane who was a heroin addict. Despite being hailed by the music press as being one of the best bands ever formed they released only two studio and one live album before splitting up after the release of Ritual De Lo habitual amid rumours of severe drug dependancy and on stage fist fights.
