Advantages: Blues at it's best Disadvantages: None unless Blues isn't your music
...Further to my review on Fleetwood Mac's "Mr Wonderful" and its links with Gary Moore and his album "Blues for Greeny". I would like to introduce the album before "Mr Wonderful" which was called simply "Fleetwood Mac", it is the famous dog in the alley with dustbins album.
I have the LP from years ago but have since bought the CD album which features more tracks than the original LP with different takes of "I loved another Woman" and "Cold Black Night" it also has two extra songs not on the original LP.
These are "You're So Evil" and "I'm Coming home to stay".
As stated in the "Mr Wonderful" review Gary Moore has covered tracks from this current album on his "Blues for Greeny" album, 5 more in total. As well as one from "Mr Wondeful".

Advantages: Another great Cold Play album Disadvantages: It's a grower rather than an instant love
...Well Cold Play have done it again, another fantastic album. After only listening to it a couple of times I booked concert tickets. This however, was not because of an instant love of it, it was more because I have faith in Cold Play.
The album is definitly a grower and worth listening to a few times before makeing a decision on it. By the time the concert came around I was as much in love with this album as their previous two. For anyone who hasn't been to a Cold Play concert is it well worth going, it is much more rocky live and you will end up listening to the albums on full volume afterwards.
Would recommend this album to anyone but give it a good listen to....

Advantages: songs are all different, great singer, great band Disadvantages: Nothing. Album is spot on
...Cold have toured with Marylin manson, Godsmack and 3 Doors Down. Cold are from Florida, they formed in 1996.
Cold, a band I came accross simply searching for Grunge bands and these cropped up.
A great find, the songs are fresh and clean but still grungey. All of the songs are powerful and catchy. In a good way, this album I can sit through and love every song. Most bands these days you have one or two songs that are good and the rest are basically rubbish.
It's nice to go back a couple of years (2003)and listen to this kind of music and this kind of band which have something different in every song.
Cold's music like I said is grungey, the guitar riffs are heavy and the voice has so much emotion within it the music and the voice really compliments eachother. Rather than having a screaching shout to kick ass instrumental 'party...
