Inside are a large instruction sheet with plastic gloves, three chemical type things to mix together and a sachet of after-colour nourishing conditioner. All you have to do is to mix the tube of cream and phial of oil into the large plastic bottle, snip the end and squidge the concoction all over your hair. Simple?
