Advantages: Great catalogue, good incentives, easy to run Disadvantages: none
I have been an agent with LookAgain for about 7 years now, and I cant really say i've had many problems with them.
The catalogue has a wide range of goods in it from fashion (mens, womens, kids and sports) to everything you need for your home (bed &bathrooms, kitchen, living room, entertaining and leisure). The autumn/winter catalogue that is currently available has 1139 pages, the pictures are always nice and clear and I think prices are rather reasonable.
I haven't often come across items that are out of stock, and I am always kept well informed, via a letter, if anything that i've ordered is going to be delivered later than they originally told me.
They often have great free gifts which you can receive when you place an order and quote the relevant code. I have received many free gifts for example: picnic set, beach bag ...

Advantages: THE MOST UP TO DATE CATALOGUE IN UK! Disadvantages: ITEMS NEVER IN STOCK, POOR DELIVERY, POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND UNRELIABLE ON THE WHOLE!

We have been with LookAgain for 15 years and what was once an excellent service has more often than not been a harrowing experience since 2002! The worst experience 2005 was when after speaking with their advisors (6 phone calls initially to get the correct specifications as catalogue was totally wrong ) as regards to a particular SONY VAIO laptop model and being assured we were getting a particular model, we then were advised by SONY through LookAgain that the information they had given us was incorrect - again! Because of this, we then advised LookAgain that we wished to cancel the order! LookAgain said it was now too late as would be delivered the next day and to refuse delivery when it arrived and they would deal with the rest having all the notes concerned! The value of the laptop was around £1,500.00! We said ...

Advantages: Lots of fashion and celeb gossip... Disadvantages: It is actually quite trashy when you think about it, but I like it anyway!
each celebrity it has their name, the event they were attending, and then Look's verdict on their Dress, Hair & Make Up and Accessories. They are usually very complimentary and put across their views in a professional but personal manner. If there has been a big event, such as the VMA's or the Oscars, in this section they fill you in on what happened and who won what.
This Week's Big Stories
Now, this is where I have my main issue with Look magazine. If you scan back through my review so far, you will see I put the word ?quotes? in inverted commas. This is because they very often use ?quotes? on the front cover on the magazine, but the celebrities have actually said no such thing. I still remember one issue, absolutely ages ago, when Britney Spears was on the front cover, with a quote underneath her saying something along the lines ...

The trio of Caithlin De Marrais, Kyle Fischer, and William Kuehn hit their finest stride of contemplative, sweetly sour, male/female emo on their second LP, 1999's LOOK NOW LOOK AGAIN. It's one of the era's defining records, sung slightly off key, and played with minimal gloss but heart-wrenching impact. Off-kilter melodies abound but ultimately congeal, thanks to De Marrais and Fischer's insistence on bending their vocals to the will of the music. The earnest self-consciousness that marks Rainer Maria's lyrics is most pointed in "Feeling Neglected". But ironically, the most exciting moments come during strides of exuberant sonic confidence on "Breakfast Of Champions" and the closer "I'm Melting".
