Advantages: Lots of big tunes Disadvantages: Takes a while for the bangers to come in
Soon after his ?Stillmatic? album came out, in 2002 the New York MC Nas decided to bring out more material as ?The LostTapes?, in which he was seen to (rather than come out with a brand new album) compile a collection of all the best tunes which hadn?t made their way onto ?...I Am?, ?Nastradamus? and the 2001 album which reminded people why he created such a buzz with his 1994 debut release.
1. ?Doo Rags?
He gets the album going with a fresh tune to guide listeners in. It is a calm one and features some gentle production to ease people on here as he gives you a chance to just enjoy life with a feel-good recording here. It is a tune which reflects the fact that here he was just messing around this material and came up with a light tune to escape what you typically get in a rhyme set from the Queensbridge native.

Advantages: Great tracks, easy listening, great cover, great lyrics...................... Disadvantages: too short
All the lost souls is a follow up album to Jame's Blunts chart topping Back to Bedlam album. I like Jame's Blunts music and loved Back to Bedlam so I bought this album.
The songs on this album are as following:

(2) One of the brightest stars
(3) I'll take everything
(4) Same Mistake
(5 ) Carry you home
(6) Give me some love
(7) I really want you
(8) Shine on
(9) Annie
(10) I cant hear the music

Cover: I have to say I love the design and art work of this album. Its a collage of lttle images of Jame's Blunt that makes up his face.
Booklet: Included in the booklet for this album are all the words to the 10 tracks and pictures of James' performing and playing the piano.
Tracks: My favourite song of this album is 1973. I also love One of the Brightest stars, I'll take ...
Advantages: Absolutely fantastic listening over and over again Disadvantages: Maybe a little short. Leaves you wanting more
James, second album continues to show what a great talent he has. The music continues in the same vein as his firste album, with lyrics that are not only enchanting, but hold great meaning. All his songs on this, and his previous album, Back to Bedlam, are presented with passion in his voice, and able to transport the listener into the world of the singer. 1973 is a brilliant track, closely followed by 'I'll carry you home'. Having said that the whole album is one which one has to listen to throughout. Every track is a must to listen to. The lyrics hold much greater meaning than one first appreciates. James' ability as a singer songwriter is reinforced by this latest contribution, and there is more to come, I am sure, from this very talented artist. His past life, before entering the music business is also worth looking into and perhaps ...
