Advantages: Lots of big tunes Disadvantages: One average track
?Up For The Down Stroke? came in 1974 as a return album for the Funk band Parliament as after their debut in 1970, George Clinton and his crew hadn?t performed under this name until this point, where they decided to go back to their more soulful days (which began from their days as a Doo-Wop group going by the name of The Parliaments ? and in opposition to the Funkadelic band which has them doing things in a Rock-based style). Here you get a strong line-up as the likes of Eddie Hazel, Bernie Worrell and, most significantly, Bootsy Collins (who had been missing for a couple of years) all appear as part the unit.

They kick off this fresh Parliament release with a titular track and one that appears to take on the sort of structure that was seen on the titular track to ?Standing On The Verge Of Getting it ...
Advantages: No spills, no leaks, easy assembly and cleaning. Disadvantages: Quite hard to suck the drink out and squeaking noise when air flows back in.

In my experience although these cups are designed for babies aged from 6 month+, I would not personally recommend them from this young. Simply because my children never had strong enough sucks to get the juice out at that age. They are both breast fed children so had good strong sucking muscles but these cups, due to the very design to stop leaks and spills, made it very difficult for them to get anything out. They were both about 14 months before they used them regularly and I knew they were capable of getting a drink. I have friends who have experienced the same thing and they just preserved, eventually the child?s suck became strong enough to drink from it but I just gave up until they were a bit older.

at reception. There booking system is run by computer, so all they need on your next visit is name and they can tell you, who you saw on your last visit, and what you had done. Very good idea if you have your hair coloured as it is recorded.
After you have checked in so to speak, you will be asked to take a seat on their lovely comfy sofa, which a choice of magazine?s, and also you have televisions around the salon, playing a Toni & Guy video, along with music playing in the back ground.
In the waiting area you will also find a nice cold water machine.
Ok once your hairdresser is ready for you, he or she will come over to introduce he?s or her self. Offer to take your coat, and place a gown around you, to protect your clothes.
They will then sit you down at there station, and ask for what style you are looking for, they are there to help ...
