Advantages: Cheap, Parker, Quality Disadvantages: Mine looks unprofessional, MArks through the paper
I seem to have recently started my own Parker fan club having owned 4 pens in the last few months, I'll admit it's the vector rollerball that's been getting the most use from myself. Costing just £1.99 from the works when I got it, the pen has a ?street map? graphic across the barrel which seems rather childish but yet likeable, even more so when you realise you're getting a Parker at that sort of a price. It's not the most professional of the Parker's out there, pens like the jet black M2 are much more ?business? modelled than this one but it's hard not to like it's charm even if it does look more like it'd feel at home in a 13 year old girls pencil case. The pen, as all Parker's with lids seem to have, posses a metal ?butt? to place the lid on when the pen is in use.
When compared to other Parker pens it's incredibly light, mainly ...
Advantages: Strong, Reliable, easy to use, hard to break, can be refilled Disadvantages: No that i can think of
In my opinion there?s no better pen then the full metal Parker Jotter.
Sit on it, stand on it, drop it or bite it ? this bad boy has never broken on me.
Easy to use [it?s a pen?], it looks stylish in any setting from the classroom to the boardroom.
The click design means there?s no lid to lose, the Achilles heel of most ballpoints, and thanks to some smart thinking the click mechanism has been encased into the top half of the pen meaning you won?t have small pieces of plastic and springs rolling around your desk on those less productive days.
Refills are easy to come by, which makes pen that little bit more environmentally and economically friendly.
Whilst these pens do retail from between £6 - £10 it?s well worth the investment. I?ve had my Pen for years, and there?s no doubt in my mind that without it I?d have spent ...

I know this may just come as a bit of a shock to some of you, but there are some themes I haven't tried out before when it comes to restaurants and cuisine. I am actually quite a fussy eater and this previously restricted me to where I would venture for food when I was a little younger. Now I am a little more open minded and willing to try new things but the boat hasn't been pushed that far out that I can't see the shore line, so I am still paddling around and holding the boat in the shallow water. Step-by-Step.
The latest such bold step into the unknown, was the magical world of a Cypriot restaurant in Ealing Common Londinium.
Anyway, the review?
I was in London for business during the middle of last week for 3 ...

Album Notes
Personnel: William Parker (double bass); Eriko Yamamoto (piano); Michael Thompson (drums). Recording information: Park West Studios, Brooklyn, New York. A giant of avant-garde jazz bass, William Parker has soared in various cutting-edge contexts as a leader and with fellow titans Roscoe Mitchell, Cecil Taylor, and David S. Ware. LUC'S LANTERN is something of a departure--it's a piano trio session that evokes the poignant lyricism and straightforward intimacy of 1960s works by Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, and Monty Alexander. While there are indeed "free" moments, LANTERN, on the whole, shines a contemplative, relaxing, and slightly melancholy light. Pianist Eriko Yamamoto has a very rhapsodic, pointed, and measured style--she chooses notes assiduously, yet never sounds tentative. Drummer Michael Thompson's playing is crisp, sharp, and rhythmic, and Parker's warmly discerning approach (recalling that of Ray Brown and Scott LaFaro) is perfect for these concise trio gems.
Album Reviews
The Wire (p.59) - "A beautiful record by any measure..." JazzTimes (p.74) - "Thompson is impressive...both in his rhythmic affinity with Parker and in his sensitivity to texture and tone."
