It?s 251 pages and is easy to find on the bookshelves ? it?s a bright yellow cover with a picture of a single pink ribbon carelessly thrown to the ground. * Finally * At the start of the book, the author has written a piece saying that when she was raped, on the ground she saw among the leaves a pink hair tie. At the spot where Alice had been attacked, a girl had been murdered and dismembered recently. The police told Alice this story and said that, by comparison, she had been lucky. So, to leave you with this thought. Was Alice lucky ? or unlucky? I think we all have our own views. What I see in Alice is a hugely brave and strong woman. ?You save yourself, or you remain unsaved?. I, for one, am glad to have read this book... Read review
