...WOWEE - the "Bond" album "Born Again" leaves me breathless! Pure exhilaration througoht, the 13 tracks of classical (1812 overture etc) and the semi popular (Duel, Victory etc) are absolutely fabulous!
The four girls comprising the "Bond" quartet have a tremendous ability and flair in their music. The pulsating rhythm they instil in all of the tracks on this album may not appeal to true blue classical music devotees, or the younger disco goers, but to those of us who enjoy good music presented by truly great musicians, in a distinctive, original, and exceedingly dynamic style, this is absolutely a "must".

A MASTERPIECE Review ofRickie Lee Jones - Jones, Rickie Leeby

Advantages: EXCELLENT ALBUM Disadvantages: NONE
...Everyone should remember Rickie Lee Jones for the famous songs ‘Chuck E’s in Love’, and ‘Easy Money’.
She has a style that fits in with the jazzy fans of the world, her music is a melting pot of folk, jazz and rhythm and blues.
Just imagine yourself sitting in a Jazz café, drinking a whiskey on the rocks in a smoke filled room and a hypnotic, laid back tune will probably be playing in the background… it’s probably Rickie Lee Jones.

Rickie Lee Jones quite easily fits into that category.
Tracks on her album include:

Lucie's sister Mia assists with the backing vocals throughout, and is featured on this track. "What Your Made of" is the hit single, another dramatic ballad, followed by the pop / rock of "Twisting the Chain" which makes inventive use of the orchestra. "No Defence" is blues style ballad, while "The Longer we're apart" builds...
