BATMAN ARKHAM ASYLUM
This game begins with a nice stroll through Arkham corridors as you escort the Joker to his cell. But as always Batman is suspicious and isn?t surprised when he breaks his restraints and begins the most epic jailbreak in game history.
Within 10 minutes of starting the Joker and his girlfriend Harley Quinn begin to liberate some of Gothams most lethal and crazed baddies. But apart from wanting revenge on the Bats, the Jokers other motives are still unclear.
The asylum setting is perfect to introduce and unleash all of Batmans most notorious enemies, so expect to see some very familiar faces right in your path.

After reading many of the reviews on here about Batman Arkham Asylum and also asking friends who had played it what they thought, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to give it a go myself. Not being a massive fan of Batman or third person games where you play through a story, it was going to be a tough challenge for me to like this game. In the end it wasn't tough whatsoever - the game is amazing.

The game starts off quite impressively with Batman zooming towards Arkham Asylum in his Batmobile; in order to personally make sure The Joker is safely put in his cell. Surprise, surprise, not everything goes according to plan and it's up to Batman to stop The Joker's newest evil plot - to form an army of Bane-like creatures to take over Gotham City.

Batman Arkham Asylum takes batman back to its dark roots. No longer are you simply running around punching and kicking baddies with a 'thud' and a 'pow'. In this game you will need to stay hidden in an effort to avoid become the focal point of the Jokers henchmen! With its 8 hours of game-play and plenty of extras, including finding all the riddles little puzzles this game will keep you busy for a very long time. The graphics are spot on and the voice overs are first class, Mark Hamill brings out the Joker in all his insane glory. The control system can take a bit of getting used to, but once you master it you can enjoy this game in full next gen glory! A must have game for all batman and action fan games in general. ...
