This review is about my time at the magnificent and luxury hotel the Burj Al Arab. I was lucky enough to spend two nights at this hotel during New Years Eve and New Years day 2008/2009. I had a friend who?s dad did a tone of import export business and thus I even managed to stay their for free, yes that?s right for free, under the condition that I paid for all my own food, and drink, which I was more than happy to at the time.
Now everyone has either heard about this hotel, been their or at least seen the pictures of what it looks like, and let me tell you its even more breathtaking in real life. Most people are surprised when they hear about my musical tastes. Most see me as someone purely into heavy metal, my friends as heavy metal and clasic rock, but even my very close friends don't seem to understand how far my taste goes. I have always loved every type of metal and some rap and dance but it is only recently when i discovered the wonders of 70's Soul and funk. The first time i heard Al Green was on Pulp Fiction with the song "Let's stay together". I loved the song from the first time i heard it but never looked into it until i bought the movie soundtrack, since then i have been searching Al Green in youtube and discovering all sorts of other great music. new 17 inch monitor makes everything look a lot bigger, obviously because of the extra two inches but there isn?t that much plastic surrounding the screen which makes it look bigger.
Colour sensitivity
since I sorted out the focus the colour has looked phenomenal, it really picks out each colour very well and separates them just as well making the image look even clearer, and if you don't like the preset moods there are three others to choose from and you can customise it your self t get the image that you want.
Design
This monitor looks great; it has crisp lines surrounding the screen making it look very stylish. This is also helped by the colours used to decorate the black and the silver work so well together and compliment each other beautifully.
