...I wrote this review yonks ago thought I would find it out as last night we watched a tv prog about Pionk floyd Dark side of moon and it brought nback all those magic adolescent moments for me , This record is certanly magic to listen too we have it on cd now. Saturday Morning I was dusting and came across these large round black discs that have a groove running around the it and a hole in the middle. It was encased in a matt black cardboard sleeve , with a white line of light entering it from one edge entering a triangle in the centre front changing to a rainbow of colours going from the other side of the triangle you’ve got it, it was a record I have stacks do not listen too them that often these days use c d’s .I came across this one that I have not listened since I don’t know when so I have put... ...This double live album was recorded at Wembley Stadium on July 21st 2000, with the exception of ‘Helter Skelter’ recorded by SFX Radio Network at the Riverside Theatre, USA, on April 16th 2000 (not that you would notice unless you read the small print). ...When this album came out Rolling Stone branded it the worst album of the year and it only sold around 350,000 copies. To me this album is magic. It is filled with very original melodies and raging emotion. Also for anyone who bases their opinion musicianship then this is flawless! There are solos, speed changes and key changes all over the place. You can feel singer Rivers Cuomo's heart breaking as he sings. This is a very unique album and is the most unappreciated album I have ever heard. Also you cannot put this album into a genre, the only thing you can say is it's not hardcore death metal. The one thing I would say is don't listen to anyone else's opinion until you've heard the album itself. Tracklist: 1.
