Flo Rida, as the name suggests is a Floridian rapper who shot to fame after the success to his debut single "Low" which featured T-Pain and featured as part of the soundtrack to "Step Up 2 The Streets". It was very successful, reaching #1 in the U.S. and #2 here, and is still receiving radio play to this day despite being released back in October.
