Advantages: Musical entertainment Disadvantages: Some tracks are a bit too short.
Maladroit is the fourth album released by weezer and is quite good. It has some rocking songs with some of the usual weezer charm. This album is not weezer's best album but it is still up there in the rankings of nowadays music offerings. The tracks are as follows:
01.American gigolo:
Starting off with some heavy beats of the drum, Rivers (Lead guitar and vocals) then kicks in with some heavy guitar. This develops into a heavy yet tuneful song.
... ...the album this short but sweet song really makes you want to get up and jump.
Track length:2:17.
03.Keep fishin':
A great song which has been released as a single and got in the charts a couple of months ago. It has an entertaining video in which the Muppets join in to have a rocking time.
Track length:2:52.
04.Take control:
This hard rocking song has a great chorus and is all about independance. A good song to get you in the mood to go out.

Advantages: Fantastic backing. Disadvantages: Lacks good lyrical work. Some lacklustre songs.
...of alternative rock: Geek rock.
Maladroit is Weezers' fourth album, containing a total of 14 tracks with a playing time of about 36 minutes. The songs it features vary heavily, its an eclectic mix all the way. From the lighthearted Keep Fishin', to the ballad-like "Death and Destruction" to the rather retro sounding "Take Control".
The albums main strength is the fact the entire tracklist is distinctively Weezer, fans will recognise Rivers' droning ... ...is for this reason that Maladroit is more of an album to put on at a party and dance to, rather than listen to at any time. Its definately not a classic, and there really are no especially memorable songs whatsoever. It does fail to carry on Weezer's legacy somewhat.
The special edition of the album contains a few clips of live performances, plus an amusing video of Pat Wilson (Weezers drummer) skating around a stadium, these can all be played via ...

Advantages: Very catchy songs. Disadvantages: Some fairly unoriginal.
"Maladroit" is Weezer's fourth album, released shortly after their 'comeback' album, "Weezer" (better known as "The Green Album").
Written throughout 2001 and 2002, Weezer offered the songs to fans in the form of mp3s on their official website, taking into consideration comments and criticism from the fans and altering the songs based on them. The result is quite a diverse collection of songs.
Rivers Cuomo, Weezer's frontman and lead guitarist/songwriter, ... ...once again, but this time around the variety of style is bigger than ever before.
Some of the songs such as "Dope Nose" and "Keep Fishin'" are very catchy pop-rock songs (is it a coincidence that these were the album's singles?), but then we have a heavier breed of tracks, such as "Take Control" remeniscent of 70s and 80s metal bands Cuomo grew up loving. Some of it is more melodic and breezy than we've ever heard Weezer before, such as the inappropriately ...

Advantages: Loud, Poppy, Punky, well written songs Disadvantages: Some weak tracks, similar songs
Maladroit is an explosive powerful pop punk record. Weezer's frontman Rivers Cuomo has always had a great ability to write hook laden pop songs, from 'Buddy Holly' to 'Hash pipe' and the band sound more and more confident on this album.
This album contains the singles, Dope Nose, Keep Fishin', and Island in the sun, which also appeared on their last album.
River's lyrics are as always brilliant, thoughtful and humourous, and the addition of new ...
