Album Notes: Second album from Sussex-based producer Andy Dragazis, his follow-up to 2000's 'Nothing Changes Under The Sun', which he recorded as a solo artist. Now a full band featuring the sweet soprano vocals of Ty Bulmer, Blue States make epic, cinematic, psychedelic indie pop filled with electronic effects and lush string arrangements. Includes the single 'Metro Sound'.
