So he's a bit weird, OK, so he's very weird, but you have to be different to get anywhere these days and that he is.

Marilyn Manson is one of those people you either hate or love, there is no in between. I happen to love him, I think he's brilliant. Everyone has an opinion on him so you must of noticed him, unless you of the older generation and then you've probably never even heard of him. When I mention his name to anyone older than 30 the general reaction is, "Marilyn Manson, who is she?".

Marilyn Manson does the occasion song that is brilliant. All of his music is pretty creepy and I thing very 'horror movie'. Two songs that spring to mind here are 'Disposable Teens', which was in Blair Witch 2, and 'Sweet Dreams', which was in House on a Haunted hill. Two other of my favourites are 'I Put a Spell on You', and 'Beautiful People', which everyone has heard (well, they should of). Apart from these he has also been part of the soundtracks of Dracula 2000, Valentine and Spawn, all horror films, so he must have something there!!

Live, you have to see to believe. I saw him at Reading Festival a few years ago. I didn't actually go to see him, Metallica were headlining. If I remember rightly there were a few arguements about who would be playing before Metallica, either Terrorvision or Marilyn Manson. Marilyn Manson got the spot and I think Terrorvision were a little annoyed, they didn't play for long anyway. When he came out he was wearing a corset and suspender, known for his weird stage outfits!!

A few tips now on how to be a Marilyn Manson follower:
1. You must wear pure white foundation, this can's be obtained from anywhere near you, you'll have to order it.
2. Your eyes can't match, they must be two different colours.
3. Even though you are a rake, wear a corset to make you thinner.
4. Wear parts of dead animals, like horses tails.
5. Throw whatever is left of the dead animal over your audience. This will be sure to disgust them enough not to see you again.
