I have to say that Dorothy Perkins is fast becoming one of my favourite shops to buy clothes, for any occasion. I can always find what I am looking for and the good thing is that because it is so popular nowadays, there is nearly always a branch on my door step.
There is also a website where you can buy items online. Although I tend not to do this as there is a £3.95 delivery charge and you have to pay to return your items if they are the wrong size, so I stick to buying in-store. But the website comes in handy to have a look for items you like, then go into the shop and buy them!
THE CLOTHES
Now I'm not saying that the clothes in DP will suit everybody's style, but I would say that it covers a large age range, probably starting from age 14, although they don't do children's sizes.

I have been shopping at dorothy Perkins for some years now and I have nearly always found the staff very polite and helpfull and I find the clothes quality very good and I have pieces in my wardrobe that have been there for some years that are still in fab condition.
However I am not reviewing the shop as such I wanted to review the service i had there the other day. I went into my local dorothy perkins in Cardiff city centre which is a fairly new store and the layout is fantastic there are 3 floors. Basement floor is Shoes, middle floor is accessories and then the top floor is clothes.
Entering the store
When you walk into the store you enter ont he middle floor which is accessories the displays are fantastic and all accessories are grouped in colours so you will find all the gold bags, belts, purses ect in one section ...

dorothy perkins has great quality clothes they are quite expensive but if you get something in the sale then its definetly value for money. dorethy perkins is part of the Arcadia Group which some other shops that are part of that include topshop, topman and miss selfrideges. in the sae bit though all of the lower - smaller sizes sell out first and you are left with the bigger sizes. The refund system is quite good and easyi bought a top last week for someone but found it was the wrong size. i took it back and aked for a refund and they gave me one allthough they did ask for my details and my receipt which you expect. Dorothy perkins has a wide range of clothes and selections including a tall and petite section.
