Any fan of the movie is sure to love this soundtrack, though those who have yet to view it may still find some gems in here.

Great for those who like a bit of variety in their music, as this soundtrack features rock, pop, indie, electro and hip hop, and is very upbeat and fun music, which makes it great for parties and the like.

Fans of the film will be pleased to know that the famous 'Mathlete Rap' as sung in the film, is featured in full on this cd, along with all of them most famous and enjoyable songs featured in 'Mean Girls'.

Sticking to the theme of the movie, this CD is very female artist heavy, and teamed with the bitchy girl rock nature of the songs, it is likely that men will not enjoy this product as much as their female counterparts

Most of the tracks are instantly likable, but there are some noticable exceptions in my opinion. For example the Pierre Henry track is simply boring, and is clearly used as a filler, along with the Anjali song which I find annoying and tallentless.

It is interesting to note that some of the songs featured on this CD did not appear at all in the film, but in some way reflect the themes or ideas portrayed, which gives a good introduction to some new artists.

Some of the most lovable songs featured on the film have ben missed of this soundtrack, which is in someways a let down, but on the whole, this soundtrack makes for happy listening.
