As winter sets in it?s easy to see the effect the cold weather has on your skin, leaving it dry, red and just downright irritated. I always find that I need a new moisturiser as Autumn comes around and this year I splashed out on Bliss?s The Youth as we Know It after hearing great things about it. Bliss is an uber expensive range of skin and body lotions and potions, a sideline of the fantastically successful BlissSpa in New York. The Spa and the product range was launched by inexplicably young looking Marcia Kilgore (who then went on to develop the far more affordable Soap & Glory range) and their products are lauded by beauty experts everywhere, often coming with a price tag more akin to the deposit on your first house. * We Gotta Fight....! *

Advantages: Catchy , Lyrics
Disadvantages: Her Voice!

like this mid-tempo pop-R&B song with it's funky beats , modern sound and electornic 'vocals'. You will definately be up and dancing once this song starts playing! The lyrics are really catchy too ; I especially like the 'We Gotta Fight , Fight, , Fight , Fight , Fight For This Love' part. Although Cheryl didn't actually write this song , I think that it is one that she can fully relate to. After her husband's cheating scandal , Cheryl knows how it is , as she tells us with the lyrics 'Anything worth having , sure enough worth fighting for/Quit Is out of the question...'. I like the positive message in this song, that if you want something so badly then you have to work hard at it! This song is a song which you'll either love or hate , although I must say , speaking from my experience , it really does grow on you. I can't get enough ...

Till we meet again

Till we meet again is another excellent book written by Lesley Pearce. As an avid reader of all Lesley Pearce's book I wasnt expecting to be disapointed with this one -and I wasn't. The book has an eyecatching front cover in pale blue with two little girls running through a field of daisys -Dont judge a book by its cover as they say! The story line is anything but a field full of daisys!! The book is exactly 500 pages long with quite small print but I read it suprisingly quicky in just 2 days in between my working hours. I do not usually bother reading the Acknowledgements at the begining of a book but this one caught my eye as it mentioned all parents of children who have suffered Meningitis. As the mother of a little boy who contracted Meningitis I was tempted to close the book there and then and not to continue as I thought it ...
