Advantages: Masterpiese Disadvantages: No
...Demons and Wizards
No, this isn't the title of a Role-Playing Game! This album and it's successor are the twin high points of the David Byron years. It was the first album to feature the rhythm section of Lee Kerslake and the late Gary Thain, generally reckoned to be definitive Heep lineup. Both the title and the Roger Dean cover match the fantasy theme of the lyrics.
In this album you can find such higlights as 'Easy livin'(May be the most famouse Uriah Heep song in America).Beautiful 'Rainbow demon' and 'Traveller in time' with fantasy lirics. And trully
musterpiece 'Paradise/The spell'-as for me the best Uriah Heep song and Best rock song ever. And don't forget about incredible 'The Wizard'....

Advantages: Hard, Loud, Musically Exceptional Disadvantages: Very few if any
...Rust in Peace i, first and foremost, one of the few definitive and essential items in the Heavy Metal genre. It screams against the evils of society in the menacing lyrics of Holy Wars, Take No Prisoners, and the title track - Rust In Peace. In other places it offers a bleak warning - the sombre-toned Dawn Patrol being heavily underated as part of the narrative of the album. But this analysis is too deep. Let it not be forgotten that Mustaine was actually lead guitarist in Metallica, and on leaving moved to the vocals - leaving the stage open for what has been a chain of exceptional players. This is the first album with the legendary Marty...

Advantages: A great follow-up to the critically acclaimed 'Countdown To Exctinction' Disadvantages: The extra tracks are nothing amazing
...I have always been a huge fan of megadeth so when i bought this album i had high expectations, and i can honestly say I was not dissapointed. This album was the follow-up to the critically acclaimed 'Countdown To Extinction' so the whole metal industry was eagerly awaiting 'Youthanasia'. The album was originally released in October 1994, however here i am reviewing the remastered version which was released in July 2004.
Although 'Youthansia' is not as musically complexed as 'Countdown To Exctinction' and 'Rust In Peace (1990)' it is still a great album to listen to. Dave Mustaine (Rhythm Guitar & Vocals) delivers some mean rhythm parts like always with a great guitar tone. Whilst Marty Friedman (Lead Guitars) creates some amazing solo's using his knowledge of music to his full potential. Nick Menza (Drums) doesn't really show his real...
