Although the older cds which Linkin Park have previously released were more heavey and angry, their new cd shows a deeper side with more thoughtful lyrics, catchy rythms and the stunning vocals of Chester Bennington. The lyrics convey some of the issues of terrorism and rasiscm that plague our media today but they are not portrayed using harsh or brash metal, they have gone with a softer and, in my eyes, a much better approach. The cd is easy listening, and I would recommened that any Lostprophets fans certainly to listen to it. Although it doesnt sound like the old Linkin Park which we all came to know and love, this cd is proof that they have matured and grown out of the some what childish stage they were in before. Their transgression has been well worth it and I sincerely hope that they will release more albums like this in the future. So the moral of this story is...buy Minutes To Midnight!
