Last night I have seen Peter Brook's production of "Come and Go", together with "Rough for Theatre I", "Rockaby", "Neither" and "Act without Words II". The title of the whole evening was "Fragments", and it lasted about an hour; "Come and Go" is the last little play staged, and one of the best pieces. As most of my readers probably know, Beckett was a Nobel price for literature, author of great plays like "Waiting for Godot" (first staged in 1952) and "Endgame" (1956), and of smaller plays called with the French term "dramaticules" (little plays). They last from few minutes to seconds ("Breath", for instance, is just a breath, taking about half a minute). Beckett's most famous plays date back to the fifties; he died in 1989, and kept writing till the end. "Rough for Theatre I" belongs to Beckett's production of the fifties ...

Michael Caine Is Harry Brown

Advantages: Gritty British thriller
Disadvantages: A bit full on at the end

If you followed the career path of Michael Caine you might well wonder what happened, from being crowned the King of Cool in movies such as Get Carter, Alfie, and The Italian Job; Caine almost dropped out of the popular movie genre. through his journey through his first year at school, alongside his two best friends Ron and Hermoine, and all the dangers they get themselves into. But can the three survive this harsh world of bullies and dark arts? The first time I watched Harry Potter I was addicted and have been ever since! The amazing theme tune plays and my spine begins to tingle! Ther is something truly magical about it, and I do believe this is partly down to the cast! Daniel Radcliffe plays Harry himself and I do personally believe that nobody better could have been cast for the role! He looks the part and sounds it too! Ron Weasley is played by Rupert Grint, an amazing actor and looks the part too! And as for Emma Watson, she is lucky enough to play Hermoine, a role I would kill for!
