...and Once in a Lifetime. This is song about how a woman has found the love of her life time and all the emotions that that person makes them feel. She is shown so many things that she never thought she would see or feel and they have both been hurt in the past so they have to take it easy, but stick with it. This song has a real Roxette feel to it for me. The mood of the song is fairly down beat though and quite slow in tempo making it not quite as happy as the words convey, a good song however a certainly worth a listen. “You're all I've ever wanted, loving you's the right thing to do And I'll see it through” *11 Both Sides Now, Joni Mitchell This is an absolutely beautiful song about the two sides of falling in and out of love. ...alienate trance fans, though BT’s done it before (’Solar Plexus’ from ESCM and the first few tracks of MiSL). Perhaps the music reflects Transeau’s moods, as it doesn’t take much attention to the lyrics to realise the last few years must have been emotional times indeed. After a good month or so of fairly heavy play, ‘Dark Heart Dawning’ has emerged as one of my favourites. It’s a depressing tune though, that could have been written by silverchair’s Daniel Johns in his lower moments (“You came and split my heart/ And in the rage of love/ You taught the joy in pain”). That’s not the only sign - a read through the lyrics shows plenty of loss, and even the seemingly upbeat repeated chorus of the single ‘Simply Being Loved’ sounds more like a plea for affection than a celebration when seen in this light. Advantages: A great chill out album, perfect for summer evenings

This one is about wanting to do nothing but stay in bed with your loved one. I really like the stop-start chords in the intro. I'm still amazed at how well he can create a completely serene mood by a few strums on his guitar strings. There's a little breakdown part where he has a very sing-songy rhythm in his voice that practically begs you to bob your head. 4) Good People "Where'd all the good people go? I've been changing channels I dont see them on the TV shows" A bluesy little riff starts out one of the most socially conscious songs on the album.
