When i first got into drum & bass i struggled to find an artist i liked, i just found one off good songs, until i found this album, each song is unique and very good. Each song is a little different and they have done lots of remixes with people in the album including Kano. If you like drum and bass this is definately the album for you, you can absolutely rave to some of them like "smash TV" or sit and chill to some of them like "hurt you".
TRACKLISTING: 1) Cant get enough : This is a fairly fast paced song that it really catchy Drum and Bass.
2) Music club: kicks in to some great electronic and Drum and bass, but slightly repetive
3) Against all odds: This track features Kano who raps throughout the song which I liked. The tune is catchy but although it seems to be everyones favourite i dont like it that much.
4) Streetlife : chilled out drum and bass track, good to chill out to,a bit different to the other songs, makes a nice change
5) Smash TV: absoulutely great song, really good to rave to has to be my favourite song on the album, although repetive still very good song.
6) Pieces: This is a brilliant song and features plan B. one of chase and status's more well known songs and quite different to their others.
7) Eastern Jam: Great Dubstep and this song really builds up to the drop and is a great tune. it has an indian style to it and is really good.
8) Foundation Skit: This is a really short Drum and bass interval, it only lasts for about 1 minute and is in the middle of the album i really dont like this song and i think it kills the whole album.
9) Take me away: This track is brilliant I love the drops to this song and the mix of what seems to be fast paced drum and bass with hints of Dubstep. Great to listen to and take in the lyrics.
10) Hurt you: a fairly good song. Its just a bit too repetitive, good vocals uswel though.
11) Running: I love the lyrics to this song, the vocals the tune everything! the way it kicks in and out of the drum and bass is really good i also love it when the Dubstep kicks in after a minute or so.
12) Take U there: This is quite a chilled out track not really a very good song though if you ask me.
13) Is it worth it? This track has a good build up to the middle of the song when it really kicks into the drum and bass, very good song.
The price isnt bad for the product, you'll never get bored of the album, chase & status are one of the best drum and bass producers and this is one of the best drum and bass albums infact its my favourite. This album certainly got all of my friends into drum and bass, they used to wonder why i like drum and bass and then finally i could show them why when i got this album.
