The morningafter pill (or PCP), is a pill which is to be taken within 72 hours after unprotected sexual intercourse. The pill stops a pregnancy been able to take place by either stopping an egg from been released into the uterus, or by making the walls uninhabitable.
The morningafter pill is also for women who are on the contraceptive pill and have been sick and there is a possibility of a pregnancy occuring.

This is her third album and first for J-Records, It was released on 5th November 2002 and features the singles "Absolutely Not (Chanel Mix)", "Up & Down (In & Out)", "Mr. Lonely", "Play Your Part" and "TheMorningAfter". Here is my run down of her album The MorningAfter.

1. Up and down (in and out)
This is one of the dance tracks and has a great beat and the percussive feel of this track makes you shake your body along to the beat and melody. A decent dance track.

This track shows off her rich vocals to great effect. An uptempo track that flows really well and is one of the best uptempo tracks on The MorningAfter.

The misleadingly named Morningafter pill can actually be taken up to 72 hours after unprotected sexual intercourse. Obviously the sooner it is taken the more effective it will be. As with any contraceptive device it is not 100% effective. Levonelle-2 is in fact only 85% effective and the effectiveness of it diminishes as the clock ticks away!
Levonelle-2 is the latest brand of morningafter pills on the market containing 750mg of the hormone progesterone. It is taken in 2 doses of one pill at 12 hours apart. It is imparative that you take it 12 hours apart for it to work. One word of warning actually look at what time you are taking the first dose as you could end up having to set the alarm clock for the wee hours of the morning!
