Advantages: Inspirational Disadvantages: Hard to put down
It certainly was a very sad day when I discovered that Patrick Swayze had lost his battle against cancer, the odds were against him, but I thought that, like in the movies, it might have a happy ending. Sadly that wasn't to be.
I have to admit I did cry and it was mainly for selfish reasons, I felt a part of my youth had died.
Dirty Dancing was a huge hit when I was in my teens the 'nobody puts baby in a corner' line is one that most women my age will always remember. Many a happy time with the girls round, bottle of wine (ok a few bottles) watching Dirty Dancing and Ghost.....ah happy days.

As with most of my more recent book reviews they seem to start in the aisle?s of my local Asda. This is no exception. Even though I have around 30 books piled up ready for my reading pleasure I still had to purchase another when faced with a £1.00 price tag, this is the book I will now review.
The book I will now review is ?My best friends life by Shari Low?.
The premise of the story is as follows -
Ginny and Roxy are best friends. Born on the same day and being cousins, they have grew up together. Ginny is quite and shy and seemingly dominated by Roxy. Roxy is domineering, adventurous and always on the lookout for the next bit of excitement and fun.

Life changing experiences are something I used to find hard talking about, that?s until I went through a counsellor and realised these weren?t my fault, they say things happen for a reason, its that reason I still find hard to understand. Why does some people never seem to get any problems when others have so much they are weighed down by it, what I have been told is god only gives you what you can handle. Over my 40 years I have had nothing but problems from parents to teachers now to my daughter, no I am not calling my daughter a problem just her condition which stops her from having a life and stops mine. My kids are mylife and I don?t care how bad things get I will always be there supporting them, something I never had.
