Advantages: It rocks Disadvantages: A few iffy tracks
...of simply epic proportions.
The Troggs - Wild Thing
Three chords. Just three chords. Magnificent.
Covered by huge signed acts and garage bands alike, this record is one of the best known songs on the planet.
David Bowie - Rebel Rebel
Ziggy rocks us hard and fast with this fantastic display of remarkably 'un-fancied-up' guitar tones (Very unlike Mr. B...), vocals are particularly memorable, and undeniably Bowie.
Jeff Beck - Where Were You
This track slows it down to a long and melodic trip through wailing harmonics, beautiful slide guitar, and psychodelic reverberations. Woah dudes. Trippy.
Joe Walsh - Rocky Mountain Way
Driving rock at its best. This formidable track beats the monkey of all other chugging guitar riffs. You can almost hear the trucker horns just thinking about it...
Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing...

Advantages: insert opinion here Disadvantages: the long wait until volume 2
.... It has a very high tempo and defined beat that will have you jumping around with enthusiasm replicating the song on your air guitar. I love this song as it is a great combination of guitar and lyrics.
8/10
9. Eddie Cochran - Summertime Blues - 1:56
This is the only song played with an acoustic guitar (opposed to an electric guitar.) It is also the shortest. Despite this, it is a very good song (are you surprised?) and a foot-tapping air-guitar song.
7/10
10. Free - All Right Now - 4:14
This is a top song in the air-guitar, and normal guitar, circles. Most people have heard it from adverts, unfortunately, they have probably missed the best bits. It is a good song and with perfect harmony between guitar and lyrics. (i.e. not too much, or too little guitar.)
9/10
11. Robbie Williams - Let Me Entertain You - 3:44
I must say...

Advantages: Over 50 minutes of great music Disadvantages: None
...committed to performing in a summer show at Great Yarmouth at the time recording was being undertaken, and they had to disappear in a hurry before the track was completed. Meek stepped in to add the finishing touches and dashes of electronic wizardry, and the rest is history.
It is a wholly inspiring track, full of genuine optimism, and reflecting the mood of the times. There can be very few people left on earth who have not heard it at some time in their lives. The trademark "galloping horse" rhythm, Clavioline lead, twangy electric guitar, and wordless backing vocals are all there, a combination that would serve the Tornados well for several singles to come…..
2. Jungle Fever (2.12)
(Goddard)
Jungle drums, wild animal sounds, and a bouncy vibe characterise this track, the "B" side to "Telstar". You can just imagine all those cool...
