Advantages: A few scarface film samples Disadvantages: Nearly the whole thing
Many people have been influenced by the scarface film and the rap genre has especially referenced to it man songs. This is now an official compilation of songs with money, power and respect themes. as you would imagine, all are rap.
Put together in 2003, this def jam idea includes songs by Nas, Mobb Deep and Notorious BIG, some made especially for the album some old tracks that just fit. None appear in the film but there are samples and dialouge used from the picture.

Advantages: entertaining, good dance songs, nice ballads Disadvantages: if you don't know the film you might not enjoy it that much
gets some Ahhh points. For everyone who hasn?t seen the film, this song won?t make much sense and I can?t imagine that it will be enjoyed then, but everyone who has seen the film will get a bit of heartache again listening to this.
The tenth song is ?Way back into Love? again. This time sung by Hugh Grant and Haley Bennett. This is the proper version, which is just very nice to listen to. It is a brilliant song!
The eleventh song is ?Different Sound? sung by the Teddybears. I don?t really get this song and if might as well have been left of the album.
The twelfth and last song is ?Love Autopsy? sung by Hugh Grant, if you can call it a song. It?s only 40 seconds long and is the beginning of a ballad that Hugh starts writing with Drew. - It?s Hugh singing again, so it can?t be bad. ;-)

Including songs created for the film performed by both Hugh Grant (who actually has a great singing voice!) and also Drew Barrymore who adds to the fun of the album.
This album was created in order to demonstrate the songs from the hit film. The songs are upbeat, happy and just damn good fun. A classic example would be the song 'Pop! Goes my heart' if you've seen the film then listening to this soundtrack will without doubt make you want to shake that pop hip.
Just like most of other of Grant's films this is indeed a romantic comedy however more so comedy. This is emphasised in some of the lyrics expressed. Such as from 'Don't write me off just yet', 'Now I need you; despite the fact that you've killed all my plants.'
