Advantages: A few scarface film samples Disadvantages: Nearly the whole thing
Many people have been influenced by the scarface film and the rap genre has especially referenced to it man songs. This is now an official compilation of songs with money, power and respect themes. as you would imagine, all are rap.
Put together in 2003, this def jam idea includes songs by Nas, Mobb Deep and Notorious BIG, some made especially for the album some old tracks that just fit. None appear in the film but there are samples and dialouge used from the picture.

Yeo - Cam'ron. Samples Rush Rush which is used in the film, rush rush get the yayo may be more familiar. best bit about the song is actually the sample with cam'rons raps not adding much but loads ...
The heading refers to my wife, but I will not tell you her real weight, I know better than that!
But are Weight Watchers worth their weightingold? The answer is that I do not know, but I can tell you a bit about them though.
Classes or meetings of weight watchers are held regularly around the country, ussually once a week. You go to the meeting and pay your £5 or other local fee, and you get weighed! The idea is that this public weighing session will buck you up and keep you on your dietary toes. You shall not stuff your face each week or you may be publicly humiliated! It is to give you will power to eat only those foods that are not fattening, and there are not many of those around.
You will probably also recieve a talk by the host (who is getting paid) and she or he will try to encourage you to buy some expensive weight ...

Advantages: EXERCISE IN YOUR OWN HOME Disadvantages: IF YOU ARE FAIRLY FIT MIGHT BE BORING TO BEGIN WITH
come, but what is this - if I just want a Wii fit I can now pay anything upto £140 for it. I don't think so. There are some bundles but I don't need the Wii console. Is itworth cancelling my phone contract and taking one out with someone else for the Wii Fit game? I checked it out. You can get a Wii Fit game FREE from a mobile phone provider but expect to wait at least 4 weeks before you get your hands on it. Apparently they don't have them actually in stock.
So I passed on that offer.
Eventually I found a bundle on the website that I could live with. Yes I am buying 2 extra games that I neither want nor will probably use, but for £144 at least I feel like I am getting the Wii Fit for close to the original £69.99 and I could give the unwanted games to my nephew for Christmas (it doesn't matter if he wants them or not - I had a lot ...
