Advantages: Great vocals, mellow music
Disadvantages: lack of divserity

...My wife is from South America and we both like Spanish/South America music, so we thought we'd try this CD out. The voices are beautiful. Well polished and they harmonise together very well, moving through their ranges with a sublime smoothness. This CD is great as background music. It doesn't ask your ear to give it full attention, but drifts mellow, relaxing sounds to you across an evenly paced albumn which has loads of quality but little diversity. You would be forgiven for not realising that one track has given way to the next at times. It's more smooth Spanish than sexy South America and more ballad than salsa. Overall it's a new sound and one your ears will thank for listening to.... Read review

Advantages: They Rock!
Disadvantages: Not very big in England

...Bush have once again shown us why they are one of the biggest bands in America. "The Science of Things" is packed with great songs in their classic grung rock style. "Warm Machine" and "The Chemicals Between Us" are the main stand out tracks and with "Letting the Cables Sleep" they show us their mellower side. However, despite them having another top album under their belt, being one of America's biggest selling rock acts and being British, they have still failed to truly capture the British market. Some may say that this is due to different musical tastes of Britain and America but I think it is surly only a matter of time before Gavin Rossdale and co. concur their home nation.... Read review

Advantages: Newest sound of the underground
Disadvantages: This isn't orchestral chamber music

DJ Irene calls from the sunny shores of california, usa and is on the top of the underground house techno scene. She is one of the most highly visible women in the underground and rave music areas. She is "OUT" to those who don't know she is a lesbian, but to close friends she is Irene. Even though her music seem harsh to some, in the rave venues it is high energy, deep bass, and transdimentional movements creating a sound that moves anyone in the area to dance. If your looking for a change of sound and music , forget the scenery, then go to the local music store and pick up her latest CD.... Read review
