If we had our wits about us, we could already be picking up clues to help us unravel the mystery, but our wits are somewhat befuddled at this early stage in the narrative. The quotation above is taken from the fourth of the fifty-nine chapters of 'My Name is Red'. The chapters are shared out among no fewer than twenty narrators. For example, Chapter 1 is ostensibly written posthumously by the spirit of Elegant, the murderer's first victim; Chapter 2 by Black, who will later emerge both as the male protagonist in the love affair that is one of the central strands of the story and as one of the detectives who eventually unmask the murderer; Chapter 3 by a dog. .... You also get a whole stack of hilarious bloopers but that's just more of the normal things that you would expect to get. Another good extra is "Making Things Right: Behind the Scenes of My Name Is Earl". The last feature I am going to tell you about is the audio commentary that is some selected episodes. It is usually the creator Greg Garcia or the director Marc Buckland. The DVD runs for a total of 501 minutes and is only in the English language. It works with a 5.1 surround sound system. The commentary however, will only work on a 2.0 system. They have subtitles in Danish, Fiddish, Greek, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish and English. It has a rating of 12 in the UK and in Ireland. So, therefore it is only suitable for people over 12. It is in colour. So, in short this DVD is really enjoyable and a really good laugh.... Read review

...My Name Is Earl is about a guy called Earl Hickey. Previously in series 1 he discovered about karma when he found a winning lottery ticket but then got ran over buy a car. He then created a list of all the bad things he has done and is trying cross all them off by doing some to make up for it. This boxset contains 4 discs. In this series you can see Catilina being deported then Randy (Earls brother) trying to save him as she is the love of his life. Also you will see Earl trying to make up for scaring a french exchange student from Amerca, Earl also gets a new job and tries to become an adult. This series is left at a cliff hanger when Earl is sent wrongly to prison insted of Joy (Earls ex-wife) because he thinks that Joy has got a family to look after.
