the girls scream. Not only is the makeup of this group familiar, their sound is almost a clone of fellow teenybopper dreams the Backstreet Boys. It's probably not surprising, considering that they share the same manager (who had all five members of 1980s preteen scream machine New Kids on the Block as the best men at his wedding, natch). The resemblance is a little too close for comfort, however, with almost every track here mirroring one on the Backstreet Boys album. From the radio hit "I Want You Back" and the sugary harmonizing on ballads like "God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You" to the one step forward, two steps back approach to sex appeal on "Giddy Up", 'N Sync--or their producers--have crafted the perfect balance of catchy pop ditties and swoon-inducing slow jams. --Rebecca Wallwork

Celebrity - 'N Sync
This is the third full album from what used to be the clean-cut boys of global pop.

Celebrity finds an older and wiser 'N Sync elevated to the higher echelons of popdom generally reserved for old timers (relatively speaking) like the Backstreet Boys. Now that 'N Sync have earned the right to stop writing solely about happy boy meets nice girl, the lyrics have a snarling quality and are more blasting commentaries on the world of pop music or bitter ripostes to their critics. The opening track and first single "Pop" is a dark, electronic-driven defence of the scene with the arrogant boast "We got the gift of melody". The cynicism continues with the title track "Celebrity", a Michael Jackson style swing beat with the opening line "If I wasn't a celebrity, would you be so nice to me". "Gone" is much more like the 'N Sync we know and love--nice strings, nice guitar, lovely melody but lacks some of the bite that their new squelchy sub-bass style has; as does "Something Like You", a weak ballad so wet it's dripping. Aside from the odd lapse in attitude, this is by far the most consistent and innovative album the boys have made to date. --David Trueman

Advantages: Very catchy Disadvantages: Could do with more involvement from the other members
...This is the new 3rd single from N'Sync's second (and better) album, No Strings Attached. The single does sound a lot like the other two singles, Bye Bye Bye and I'll Never Stop, catchy and great to dance to!
As usual , Justin and JC are on the lead vocals which is a bit of a shame because the other lads never seem to sing much on the verses. But as usual, the singing is fresh, crisp and sharp.
I would highly recommend this new single to any N'Sync fans, and non- fans who will also undoubtedly appreciate the single....

Advantages: It'll Put you in a Good Mood! Disadvantages: NONE
...N'Sync's new single "Bye, Bye, Bye" is a has a very catchy beat. It will definetly make you want to get up and dance! I purchased the entire new N'Sync cd "No Strings Attached" and every song is just as good as this one! I would recommend this song and the new cd to anyone that likes to have a good time! This song, unkike the songs off of the last album, have unique lyrics and a different sound. N'SYNC definetly isn't just another "boy band" anymore. The style has completly changed. There is more of a hip hop beat to this song. Over all I would definetly have this song a 10!!!...

...This NSync's latest album is worth buying. It contains 14 all new songs including 2 bonus tracks. This album will make you hear it over and over again.Mostly there are fast songs and I must say that their fast songs are more captivating..even though their slow songs are still good.
I am NSync's fan and I can promise that all NSync's fans out there will feel the same way about this album.Personally, my favourite songs are Bye Bye Bye ( 1st Hit ), It's Gonna Be Me ( 2nd hit) and It makes Me Ill in spite of the fact that I like almost all songs in this album. This album also feature Lisa Left Eye from TLC as their featured artist for Space Cowboy Song. For JC's fans, he wrote 3 songs ( all fast songs) for this album .
I highly recommend this album to teenagers whether they are NSync-ers or not.You will be glad you did....
