...a fight, lots of revolutions with no solutions, and for salvation i get blown" Surprisingly positive for a song called lets get killed and features some really nasty slide guitar, folk who like sanitised for the masses white blues will hate this as this is pure raw and dripping with attitude and sweat in equal amounts COME ON 2. Killer 45 "sometimes, she needs rock n roll, 45 rpms, she will survive" any song that combines old 45 rpm singles rock and rool and malt liquor is great in my book. This is evne better as it is nasty messed up punk/blues, ain't much of a melody here at all, and to a lot of folk it will be pure noise, good is all I say to that. 3. Advantages: Good mixture of ballards and uptempo songs
Disadvantages: can't think of any!!

...I can't say i'm a massive fan of Backstreet Boys but I have to admit their latest album Black and Blue is very good. Before getting the album I had already heard track 2 'Shape of my Heart', the excellent ballard which was in the charts a few months ago. On first listening to the album, tracks 1 (The Call), 3 (Get another boyfriend), and 8 (More than that) really stood out as being excellent songs, but after playing the album a few times the other songs do grow on you. The last track on the album proves to the critics that Backstreet Boys can sing, with an Acappella version of 'All I have to give', a track off one of their previous albums. The album is not full of ballards like most boybands as it has a good mixture of ballards and more uptempo songs. For example track 9 (Time), is a very powerful ballard, whereas The Call and Get...
