Advantages: Plenty of good soul tracks
Disadvantages: A few repetitive boring tracks

of funkyness to it and the words "C'mon y'all" and "Break it Down", a poor man's James Brown with dire lyrical content! There are a few repetitive tracks in there like this and that's the only reason I refrain from giving this compilation a 5/5. There's A Lot Missing 'From The Vault'!

Advantages: Some of Shawn's best matches from 1996, with commentary by his lovely self
Disadvantages: Only 7 matches which you may already own if a fan of 90's WWF.

As you may be able to tell from some of my other wrestling reviews, Shawn Michaels is in fact the only reason why I do bother to tune into any WWE programming most weeks. Having been a fan of his since the age of six, I doubt whether my fascination with the self proclaimed Sexy Boy is ever going to go away. When I re-started watching wrestling a few years ago, my parents were sceptical as to whether I'd be able to bother to watch weekly for the man himself. Advantages: Soulful, genuine, funky, rare

Subtitled “funk classics from sassy soul sisters” this album’s sentiment may have it’s heart in the right place, but it fails to describe the full picture here. These women are sexually, emotionally and vocally aggressive, leaving their men in no doubt as to who wears the trousers in their respective relationships. Each track here oozes raw sexuality, whether the role of the singer is that of a bored housewife (“Crumbs Off the Table”) or as sexual predator (“Your Thing Ain’t No Good Without My Thing”). The titles alone are sheer class.
