THE BEGINNING OF A NEW ERA!

Advantages: The best gaming console known to man!
Disadvantages: A hefty price (although it is worth it)!

four USB 2.0 ports on the front of the console and there were another 2 on the back of the console, but Sony have decided to get rid of the 2 USB 2.0 ports on the back, for a reason that can only be explained as no-one is really going to need that many. There are also two new little lights on the bottom of the front of the console, one flashes when the console accesses the hard drive and the other shows wireless activity. There have been an increase of the amount of vents there are in the console, just to make sure that there will be no faults. There were two HDMI ports on the old version, which meant you could connect two HD TV's to your PS3, but now there is only one HDMI port, so now you can only have it connected to one HD TV, but to be honest, how could you possibly afford a PS3, and two HD ready TV's?! The controller has also been ...

Dawning of a New Era: AMAZING!

Advantages: Perfect in every way! So many tracks!
Disadvantages: Nothing

There are a few skinhead reggae compilations that are essential to your collection. This is definitely one of them! Dawning of a New Era gathers together tracks from the classic era of reggae, 1968 & '69, and like the equally-essential "Dancehall '69", was compiled by Michael De Koningh, which means you get an impeccable selection of prime reggae, beginning with the massive tune "John Jones" from Rudy Mills. From there highlights include the so-terrible-it's-brilliant "Rescue Me" by The Reggae Girls, the even better "Su Su Su" by The Pioneers, a perfect rocksteady instrumental from the The Good Guys called "In Like Flint", and "Reggae Hit the Town" - the absolute classic tune from The Ethiopians, plus my personal favourite - "Splash Down" by The Crystalites, a driving instrumental which could be used as the musical dictionary term ...

New Young Pony Club - Fantastic Playroom

Advantages: They're new and young, but I don't see any ponies
Disadvantages: They're young, and I'm not...

Who/What This is more like it, isn?t it viewers? After having spent the last month in intense therapy in an almost fruitless bid to have the memory of Calvin Harris erased from my memory (at times, it got a bit hairy, and I almost went berserk in a Total Recall kind of way), I had almost given up hope of ever being able to rid myself of the horror. Until this landed on my desk in a frothy flourish of enthusiastic effervescence. They?re British! They?re New and Young, and they?re?.erm?a Pony Club by all accounts. Highlights Being signed to an Australian label (the travesty) doesn?t seem to have bothered NYPC all that much and the sounds within bring to mind Dragonette and Shiny Toy Guns more than the Divinyls and INXS (who are both Australian bands, do keep up). With two singles released already, ?The Bomb? and ?Ice Cream? (I ...
