When i first put this CD into my player, I immediately loved it. From the cover of Pink Floyd's Fearless to the demo version of Sugar Pill.
All the songs on this EP are amazing, and they all sound unique and imaginitive for a band of this genre. The band have some similarities to Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, although I do actually prefer Ambulance Ltd.
Stand out songs include: Sugar Pill, Straight A's and, New English
I never usually listen to bands of this genre as I find them depressing and voring, however Ambulance Ltd are one of the exceptions as they make though provoking music which doesn't leave you in floods of tears.
The only disadvantage I can think of for this EP is that there aren't enough songs on it. Although that would then defeat the point of it being an EP.
This EP is most definately worth the money, if not for the cool little cardboard sleeve it comes in! Quality is excellent and it is an excellent bridge between their debut album, and their intended second album release. I definately recommend it, although you may want to buy their album first in order to ease yourself into their genre of music.
