Star Wars: A New Hope was the first film of the he original trilogy, this film was originally called just Star Wars but later got changed to Star Wars: A New Hope due to the sequels being released. This film was released on the 27 December 1977 in the UK and was directed and written by the young George Lucas, this was one of his first major films to had been produced.
Audiences around the world were amazed by the stunning special effects and is meant to be one of the most important films ever made.
Since 1997 the original trilogy has been completed, containing; A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and The Return Of The Jedi. If there are people in the world who have never seen any of the films in the Star Wars saga, well they are far and few between. I know that I have seen these films but it has been a while. So as it has been a decade or so since I last saw this film (at least), I feel that I am watching this film anew.
I was watching this film with the others as part of the DVD box set available as Star Wars IV (A New Hope), V- The Empire Strikes Back and VI- The Return of the Jedi.

TY Beanies are adorable, there is no wonder my friends and I were crazy for these little soft toys. The TY beanies came in all sorts of varieties, whether animal or bear. They each had their own special name, and between us, my friends and I owned and could name pretty much every one going!
One of the teddies is a dog named Dizzy. Now, the one thing that attracts me to Dizzy is the fact that he is a dog. I am a huge fan of the Disney movie, 101 Dalmatians, and adore everything about the dogs. So this one is a winner for me straight away. As you'd expect, Dizzy has white fur which is decorated with lots of black spots to give him his dalmatian coat. His ears are also black.
