...This latest volume of the New Testament of Funk from Acid Jazz records features some great tracks that cover many different dance genres from, big beat to jazz and hip hop so it is bound to have something to get even the most reticent of dancers moving. Personal favourites are the storming opener "The Piper Cherokee" by The Bobby Hughes Experience, "Amber Flash" by That Girl Lynn and the Latin groove of "Mosquito Coast 2000" from Mr Gone. Special mention should be given to the album closer "Clowns" from E & E Sounds who mix up the Stephen Sondheim classic with some seriously chopped up breakbeats which if you think about it should not really work but does surprisingly well.... Advantages: great mix of diffrent artists
Disadvantages: dosent include some of the new artists around today

...from track 1 you will love this album including performances from biggie. all the artists on this album have performed in the lyrisist lounge which i believe to be in new york. alot of tracks on this seem less commercial and more underground which in my opinion is a good thing because it brings you something fresh and original. this album is produced by the record label rawcus records over all it is well worh the buy and i guarantee you will never get bored of this. the cover and inlay also offer some very fresh graphics and pics and give a detailed description of the artists producers and the lyrisist lounge itself ive had this album for 4 years now and still listen to it regularly....
